Even though Shepard’s story has ended (in game, if not in our own fiction and art), and Ryder’s has been put into eternal pause… Even with all the claims of questionable substance (at the juncture) of the more that is yet to come, and wading through the morass of speculation and misgivings…We keep going back, we keep gazing up and beyond, searching for ideals wrapped in adventure, for kinship and camaraderie, for the dwindling hope that if we can imagine it, perhaps a better future can be attained.
The ME-verse makes us miss parts of the galaxy we will never see – they beckon, and call us to something that feels like home.
And because of that, we’ll never look at the stars the same way again.

The new overwatch character is killing me, im just picturing my shep talking like a cowboy for everyone and garrus laughing along before turning to vega and whispering “whats a cowboy?”
that would totally happen, and then garrus loves cowboys!
I find this to be even more amusing since me Garrus romancer, Ajax, refers to herself as a cowboy. She was a gun runner out of necessity when she was young. Spent a lot of her time traveling throughout the southern US with just herself and her motorcycle.
Ryanair sacks staff who ‘slept on floor’
Reminder not to fly with Ryanair because they’re trash.
Cabin crew were left in a room overnight with no sofas, beds or foods, and they shared a picture of this online.
Rather than simply apologise, the airline has sacked the staff and claims the photo was staged.
The employees and their union say they were moved from this bare room to a VIP lounge at 6am. Unless you’re at a great party, you can’t call a 6am sofa “suitable overnight accommodation”.
Regardless of this, the airline’s choice to sack the staff simply for sharing this photo shows how little they value their staff and their welfare. I’d also suggest it’s to deter other staff from complaining or posting about their job in future. Which implies they have something to hide.
BTW I’m not a Ryanair employee or a friend/relative of one so you can’t sack me.
An airline making millions in profit can afford the occaisonal airport hotel room. They just don’t want to, but they might if this story is shared widely enough.
