I know Ashe is the spotlight but can we just take a moment to appreciate just how tender these two are to each other? Echo looks so innocent and McCree is so obviously soft towards her, it adds a whole new level to McCree’s smooth nature in-game. People tend to think of McCree as a talkative but somewhat rough man, and then you see him treating her (an AI and a Robot and an Objective at the same time) almost as a princess because she is so delicate in nature, like an actual person. It warms my heart. Also Echo calling him “Cowboy”, and McCree calling her “Partner”… my heart just melted a bit.
As of recent events I guess I should say this- don’t spend money on art commissions if you financially can’t handle it. Art isn’t a service! No one is doing you a favor by making art for you. It’s a skill that takes time and effort just for your personal amusement. Commission people if you have cash to burn, because its not food, for personal hygiene, etc.
Trying to pull the , “OH WHOOPS HEY I kind of need that money can I have a refund because I’m broke now” is just. Super uncool. Most of the time doing commissions is what keeps the artist alive. And artists of any kind have every right to decline your request or keep half of the money if its in their policy. You sign the agreement, you stick to it. Don’t. Commission. Artists if you ACTUALLY need your money.
